  1. Maybe I should leave the still hot barbecue too close to the house and unattended!

Wow talk about a ignorant comment! Accidents happen even when you are very careful. Only takes a second for wind to pick up and something to ignite and spread fast.
Instead of critizing might wanna be part of the solution instead of the problem!

    1. Thanks Beth. I've written a few responses to Anon but none said had i felt or my remorse for what occurred. If this teaches someone else to be more vigilant with their bbq grill then something goid came from it.

  3. I suspect you'll need a pickup truck to get your mail for a few weeks to come! My package should be there Wednesday if it stays on track!

  4. Looks like many are helping, that's great, I hope you find a new place to move to soon. I feel bad for you and your family, losing all of your furnishings, clothes, etc. My heart also hurts for your landlords, losing such a beautiful home. I know everyone is just heartsick.

  5. I just saw on Wranglerstar what you and your family have been going through. Back in 1988, I too lost my home and all that was in it including my two dogs. Unless you go through this horrible time it is hard to understand the pain. My prayers are with you and just know, God is there with you and he is carrying you through this time and he will lead you to greener pastures. I would like to send some cloths for your wife. I am going through my closets getting ready to donate them and I would like to send them to her instead if she can wear them. I just need to know her size. There is a mixture of seasonal cloths and some shirts your oldest daughter would be able to wear. I have shoes also. All cloths and shoes look like new. I will let you know that our house fire was also an accident and my mother and father were just heart broken that they did not think to remove a pot of oil for cooking fried chicken from the eye of the stove when the power had gone out just as they were hearting it up. When it was time to go to a covered dish supper at church, they had not been gone but just a few minutes when the power came back on and well, you know the rest. My mother still has a hard time with this. We lost family heirlooms dating back to the 1700's and as I said my dogs. Do not let what happened make you feel bad because it was just an accident. My heart goes out to you and I send this prayer to you and your family.

Lord God, please watch over this family in their time of need and give them comfort to know, it is only material things they have lost and that material things can be replaced. Help them to build new memories with the coming months. Give them the comfort of your loving arms and shoulders. Let them be thankful that no lives were lost.

    God Bless

  7. I am so sorry... everything y'all have been through lately... I just can't imagine.

I may have some clothes I can send to your wife. Have you received a Breyer horse yet? I don't want it to be like, "Oh, no, another one..."

God bless and guide you and your family.
